Returns

Please note that returns for DaBo and MeshWear are different.

All returns must be shipped within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if processed through our returns center with no exceptions. All returns will be verified by a team member before a refund is issued.

MeshYoga reserves the right to refuse compensation in the following situations: submitting returns outside of our returns center, shipping to the wrong address, returning the incorrect item, or sending an empty package.

Product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.

A $50 non-refundable restocking fee will be charged for DaBo returns. Shipping charges on original order are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and may request a pre-addressed shipping label or choose a carrier of their choice to ship their DaBo back.

To request a pre-addressed return label, the original payment method will be charged for the applicable shipping charge and then a label will be emailed to the customer for placement on the return shipment.

All return shipments must have proper shipping insurance for the value of the item, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

If you received your product in damaged condition, you must contact info@meshyoga.com within 24 hours of delivery time.

Please check for structural damages to the shipping box or package prior to signing for it.

Please take pictures of the damaged item, the package, or the shipping box. You must keep the original shipping label.

Photos/videos should be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue. We will always do our very best to help you.

We are happy to accept returns & exchanges for DaBo or MeshWear purchased and shipped in the continental United States, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Products bought at a discounted price or final sale are not eligible for a return or the limited warranty.

Please use our returns center to submit all returns, exchanges and warranty claims.

We have a 90 day limited warranty, please click here for the full terms and conditions.

We only accept exchanges for size. If you feel you need a different size, you have 14 days to exchange your DaBo for a different size, either one size up or one size down.

Please see our size chart and recommendations. We do not accept exchanges for color or any other reason.

You may exchange your MeshWear apparel for size within 14 days of delivery date.

We hope you love your DaBo as much as we loved creating it for you. Before you return it, we’d love to connect with you to make sure you are using it correctly and getting what you expected from it, so please contact us for more information. But, of course, you may return it at any time within 14 days.

We are happy to accept returns & exchanges for products purchased and shipped in the continental United States, subject to the following terms and conditions. We do not accept international returns or returns from Hawaii or Alaska. Please use our returns center to submit all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

We do not accept commercial returns including, but not limited to, purchases for gyms, yoga studios, fitness classes, physical therapy facilities, or other related facilities.

Any DaBo that has been used can not be returned.

Original packing is required.

Any damage that occurred to DaBo once the package has been received is the owner's responsibility.

If you feel that your DaBo has been damaged at no fault of your own you can submit a claim with Route
