DaBo is a yoga-based fitness chair that allows students of all levels to practice alignment safely in class and at home. DaBo has multiple strategically placed slots and stripes that help correct your form by keeping you grounded in the right position; if your alignment is off, you won’t be able to reach the slots. DaBo is also a unique, beautiful piece of furniture that can be displayed in your office or living room.

What is the difference between Meshyoga and DaBo x Meshyoga

MeshYoga is a lifestyle and modality of yoga that’s centered on alignment, wellness, and living with consciousness. To achieve this, students use DaBo, a new proprietary fitness tool, to take their practice to the next level.

Does DaBo Come In Different Sizes

The chair is available in three different sizes depending on the length of your shin: Size 0: Fits 4'10" - 5'5" Size 1: Fits 5'5" - 6'0" Size 2: Fits 6'0" - 6'5" Custom Sizing: If your size isn’t listed, we can make a custom DaBo just for you. After all, everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits.

He’s handcrafted by skilled furniture specialists and made from ethically sourced materials, such as natural fabrics, water-based stains, and Forest Stewardship Council-certified wood. All organic materials were repurposed or fairly traded, or have the proper documentation. Even our vendors are Fair Trade Certified. We support the livelihood of our craftspeople by providing livable wages and health insurance.
