Returns & Exchanges Policy

Limited Warranty

Effective date: January 31, 2020

Overview 

MeshYoga and DaBo are registered trademarks of WeMesh LLC, a California limited liability company, d/b/a MeshYoga (“MeshYoga”). All terms, policies, processes and products below are that of  MeshYoga.

Customer satisfaction and customer service is first and foremost at MeshYoga. Before shipping, all MeshYoga products have passed a quality control inspection. MeshYoga products are covered by the product warranty set forth below. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - “DaBo” Products & Accessories - Home Use

MeshYoga has a 14-day return & exchange policy for DaBo and it’s accessories that have not been used.

If you are not happy with a MeshYoga “DaBo” product, you may contact MeshYoga within 14 days of receiving the product based on the shipping delivery date for a return and refund, as long as the product has not been used. The product must be returned in it’s original packaging. Kindly note that in such cases, MeshYoga will charge you a minimum non-refundable handling fee of $50 USD and that all return and exchange shipping costs and associated shipping insurance costs are entirely your sole responsibility, as a customer. All shipping charges on orders are not refundable.

A returned or exchanged product MUST be returned in its original packaging, and all the original packaging materials, including but not limited to the packaging, letters, notes, instructions, warnings, labels and other inserts must be in the box with the returned product in order to qualify for a full product refund (less the above mentioned non-refundable handling fee payable to MeshYoga), otherwise a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund that you are entitled to receive for your returned product. Please kindly refer to the section “RETURN PROCESS" below.

The 14-day Return Policy can be applied only once per customer (determined either by name, shipping address or payment method).

Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through MeshYoga.com cannot be returned. Please contact the original retailer of purchases for instructions on exchanges and returns.

International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If your item was received damaged, please refer to the section “MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT”

We strongly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring return shipments. Please kindly refer to the section "SHIPPING COSTS AND RISK OF LOSS" below. 

RETURNS - “DaBo” Products & Accessories - Commercial Use

MeshYoga has a no-return policy for DaBo and it’s accessories that were purchased for commercial use including but not limited to purchasers for gyms, yoga studios, classes, physical therapy facilities, etc. 

RETURNS - MeshWear Clothing Products

Domestic purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You will have up to 14 days of purchase for an exchange.

Final Sale purchases are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

All shipping charges on orders, returns and exchanges are the responsibility of you, the customer and are not refundable. But regular return shipping is complimentary on all exchanges we send back to you, unless you are outside the US where you, the customer, are solely responsible for all customs and broker fees as well as taxes and duties.

We strongly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring return shipments. Please kindly refer to the section "SHIPPING COSTS AND RISK OF LOSS" at the bottom of this page.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT IN YOUR PACKAGE

Please make sure to check the overall outer state of the box in which the MeshYoga product(s) is/are delivered to you before signing to accept the package from the shipper. There could be items inside the box that could be damaged if the packaging has holes or has been improperly handled. It is the applicable customer’s responsibility to inspect the MeshYoga product box and take any pictures of any damage or imperfections prior to opening the box. It is also the sole responsibility of the customer to document the unpacking with clear photographs of any damage that may have occurred prior to officially taking possession of his or her MeshYoga product.  You are hereby notified that without the proper documentation, any return you attempt to make may be compromised and may not be fully processed..

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to notify MeshYoga at info@meshyoga.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the product based on the shippers tracking and drop-off time to report a missing or damaged product in your package. 

If there is a product or any part thereof missing, MeshYoga will resend it to you at no cost within the warranty period. For assistance, please write an email to our MeshYoga’s customer service department at info@meshyoga.com and include your order number, any relevant and necessary photographs and documentation, and please describe your issue in detail.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS 

Customer satisfaction and customer service is first and foremost at MeshYoga. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we will happily make any changes or corrections. However, if your order has already been taken into possession by the shipper, only minor address changes MAY be possible, and any applicable additional charges for any change requested after your order has been shipped will be the responsibility of the customer and be charged back directly to the original form of payment, if changes are possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellations may be done at any time prior to shipping. However if your order has been taken over by the Shipper, we will be unable to cancel your order. If this is the case, our Return Policy takes effect from date you receive your item from the shipper.

  • It is your, the customers, sole responsibility to please email info@MeshYoga.com and follow the simple instructions of our support team.
  • Customers are solely responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the MeshYoga customer service team.

All returns MUST be 100% complete and contain:

  • ALL original boxes and packing material and written materials
  • The RMA marked on the outside label of the box and the RMA slip inside the box 
  • Original shipping codes on the box
  • All accessories, package inserts and documentation provided initially

All returns are subject to a minimum $75 handling fee.

All returns must be unused products.

All Incomplete returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee at MeshYoga’s sole discretion.

  • Customers are solely responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the MeshYoga customer service team.

OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER

In order to obtain an RMA number, simply email our customer service department at info@meshyoga.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  1. Customer Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Description of problem in detail: What happened? When? How?
  4. What steps and measures have you taken already to remedy the issue if any.
  5. Clear photo(s) and/or video(s) showing the issue(s)..

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always strive to do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 5 days only, and a product can only be  returned by the Customer to MeshYoga within this time frame.
  • RMAs cannot be extended or re-issued, and no refunds will be made by MeshYoga for any product(s) returned after the applicable deadline.

REFUND POLICY - DaBo and it’s accessories

Returns and refunds will take approximately five (5) to seven (7) working days to process once the returned product(s) has/have arrived back at MeshYoga facilities. The precise refund duration depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, Amazon, credit card institution, etc.). The Customer understands that MeshYoga will charge a minimum fee of $75 USD for every product order that is returned, as well as charge Customer for damages or repairs as needed, and Customer shall pay for any and all return shipping fees. The Customer assumes full responsibility for signing and receiving the order. If a refund is requested due to the fact that Customer has not received their order and the shipment is therefore returned to MeshYoga’s warehouse, MeshYoga reserves the right to subtract a fixed non-refundable one (1) time $50 USD restocking fee from Customer’s initial payment. By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original amount paid to MeshYoga. MeshYoga is not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by MeshYoga.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Notwithstanding the foregoing, MeshYoga shall have no legal obligation whatsoever to accept returns by Customer of the following products: 

  1. Products in an unsuitable re-sale condition.
  2. Discontinued products.
  3. Any product marked “Final Sale”.
  4. Any product discounted and sold to Customer by more than 10% off of its full-retail price.
  5. Any customized product.
  6. Any special order product.
  7. Any volume or wholesale product.
  8. Any orders of four (4) or more chairs.
  9. Any products used or intended to be used for commercial use. 

COMMERCIAL USE OF MESHYOGA PRODUCTS

  1. Any MeshYoga products used commercially, sold to a gym, yoga studio or the like are non-refundable
  2. As stated above the MeshYoga limited warranty does not cover products that are used commercially.

SHIPPING COSTS AND RISK OF LOSS

  1. Any original outbound shipping costs for product(s) shipped to Customer are non-refundable.
  2. All shipping fees incurred for returning the product back to MeshYoga will be paid exclusively by Customers and are the customers sole responsibility.
  3. Customer is exclusively and solely responsible for the risk of loss on all return shipments.
  4. During the return shipping, Customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs, if these are applicable. In these cases, we will deduct the customs fees from Customer’s authorized refund amount.
  5. In case of a replacement, MeshYoga will by default re-ship the item to Customer via a shipper of MeshYoga’s choice. If Customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee will be applicable.
  6. MeshYoga will only credit one-way shipping for returns that are our error. 

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

MeshYoga reserves the right to change all the terms and processes including but not limited to the terms of the warranties set forth herein and to MeshYoga’s refund and return policies at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately and upon such posting shall be automatically binding upon Customer and all customers of MeshYoga that elect to utilize the website. 

MESHYOGA LIMITED WARRANTY 

There is no warranty on MeshWear Clothing and Products.

90-Day LIMITED WARRANTY - DaBo & DaBo Inversion Top

MeshYoga warrants DaBo and the DaBo Inversion Top to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF YOUR DABO OR DABO INVERSION TOP based on the shipper’s tracking information. If Customer has damaged/misused their MeshYoga product, the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. The coverage of this limited warranty is not transferable and is available only for the original Customer of the product. 

MeshYoga’s limited warranty does not apply to fabric. MeshYoga’s sole and exclusive obligation under its limited warranty is to repair or replace at MeshYoga’s option any product that is returned to it within the applicable ninety (90) day warranty period and judged by MeshYoga to be defective.

No other representations and/or warranties, either expressed or implied are made by MeshYoga with respect to the products, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement or any other warranties that may arise from usage or trade or course of dealing.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURES & REQUIREMENTS

To exercise Customer’s rights under the limited warranty, it is the Customers sole responsibility to contact MeshYoga at info@meshyoga.com.  The customer must submit the original MeshYoga sales receipt along with the RMA number they received from MeshYoga and all of the items set forth above.

WARRANTY - SPECIFIC TERMS - DaBo and DaBo Inversion Top 

Upholstery:  MeshYoga’s ninety (90) day limited warranty becomes null and void and of no further legal force or effect if any such upholstered product is re-upholstered, treated with an after-market soil, fabric or leather protection, treated with any other chemical or repaired without MeshYoga’s prior written authorization. 

Cushions: Cushions are warranted by MeshYoga against loss of resiliency for a period of ninety (90) days. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the loss of resiliency does not include any slight softening of a cushion or the flattening of the fiber top.

Coverings: The MeshYoga ninety (90) day limited warranty does not cover fading or stains from spills such as acids, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, other corrosive chemicals or bodily fluids, as well as, improper cleaning, abuse, neglect, treating of coverings with chemical products, and exposure of coverings to sunlight, bright light or extreme heat, each of which can cause damage to the covering and thereby voids the MeshYoga ninety (90) day limited warranty in its entirety.

Fabric: Upholstery fabrics are not covered under the MeshYoga warranty. While MeshYoga makes every effort to select fabrics that are durable and colorfast, we regret that we will be unable to honor adjustments, claims, or credits based on durability or colorfastness. On all upholstery, MeshYoga tries to align and match fabric patterns; however, the Customer is advised that in most cases tufting will not allow exact alignment and matching of fabric patterns.

Wood Products: Wood products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the MeshYoga ninety (90) day limited warranty period. Please note that wood is a natural organic material and as such it breathes and responds to changes in humidity and temperature, and will vary in shade, texture and markings.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

 MeshYoga’s warranty terms reflect the superior quality of its products; however there are some necessary limitations and exclusions, detailed below.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

"Implied warranties," herein signifies warranties that the law sometimes implies to have been given by the seller of a product, good or service even though they are not set out in writing: MeshYoga makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These and all other implied warranties are specifically disclaimed.

Place of Purchase

MeshYoga’s ninety (90) day limited warranty protects only the original Customer who purchases a product or products directly from MeshYoga or on MeshYoga.com.

Residential Use

MeshYoga’s ninety (90) day limited warranty applies only to MeshYoga products purchased for normal indoor residential use and does not cover any products that are used for commercial use.

Commercial Use

MeshYoga’s ninety (90) day limited warranty does not cover any commercial use or commercial purchases of MeshYoga products.  There will be no warranty at all for products used commercially.

Improper Care and Use

MeshYoga products require proper care and use which are essential to preserving all rights under MeshYoga’s limited warranty. The MeshYoga limited warranty shall be null and void and of no further legal force or effect if improper use causes damage to any product, including the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents. Please see proper care and maintenance instructions provided with your DaBo product.

Accidents, Abuse and Normal Wear and Tear

MeshYoga’s limited warranty does not cover damage to products resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.

Product Modification

Any modification made to a MeshYoga product by any retailer, consumer, or other parties not authorized in writing by MeshYoga will void the MeshYoga limited warranty.

Products purchased "AS IS"

This MeshYoga limited warranty does not cover any product designated "AS IS" at the time of purchase.

Natural Product Degradation

Because some MeshYoga products are hand-crafted from natural materials minor variations can occur from piece to piece, and as such this warranty does not cover such minor variations, or differences between website or marketing samples or printed illustrations and actual products delivered.

Consequential or Incidental Damages

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MeshYoga will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages. “consequential or incidental damages” is herein defined as any loss, expense, or damage other than to the products themselves that may result from a defect in said products.

WARRANTY RIGHTS AND ENFORCEMENT

This MeshYoga limited warranty gives Customer specific legal rights, and Customer may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Except for such other rights provided under applicable law, the remedies provided under this MeshYoga limited warranty limit MeshYoga’s responsibilities and liabilities.  If any portion of this MeshYoga limited warranty is deemed unenforceable by any jurisdiction or judgment than it shall not render the entire warranty null and void, but all other clauses and stipulations shall remain in full force and effect.
