Shipping & Returns
Domestic purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will have up to 30 days of purchase for an exchange.
Final Sale purchases are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable. But regular shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, unless you are outside the US. You will be responsible for taxes and duties.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Items must be returned new and unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please note that orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.

To ship an item manually back to MeshYoga please:
- Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
- For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
- Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the mailing label.
- Drop your package at the proper location. ie: UPS or USPS

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your MeshYoga purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If a pre-paid shipping label is needed, customer service can provide one for a fee of $20. Please ask your representative for a shipping label while requesting your return.
RECIEVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your MeshYoga account. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MeshYoga. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

$35 – Flat rate applies on orders to addresses in Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico
$75 – Flat rate applies on all other orders worldwide
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes. Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Your order will be delivered within 3 - 10 business days from order placement date, dependent upon your location, via UPS or USPS.
MeshYoga does not take responsibility for missing parcels delivered to the address nominated on the order. Please ensure you select a delivery address where you will be present to collect your parcel, or where the driver can leave it securely.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct shipping details have been entered at the time of order. Once the order has been processed through the checkout process we are unable to amend orders. If the incorrect delivery address has been supplied it is at cost to the customer to arrange re-delivery. Please be advised that re-delivery is $10 within USA and $20 to an International location.
Please note that UPS does not deliver to a Private Mail Box (PMB), Military Base or to a PO Box address within USA, please use a street address.
