RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for some reason you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase:

MeshYoga orders are eligible for a full refund or store credit if returned in the following manner:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must be in original new condition – unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in original packaging.
  • Final Sale purchases are not eligible for store credit, exchange or refund.

If any returned items do not meet the above requirements, you will be notified and your items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact us if you have any questions: support@meshyoga.com

TO RETURN AN ITEM:
  1. Repack your items in the secure re-sealable package you received them in.
  2. Include a copy of the receipt and your completed RETURN FORM.
  3. Affix the included Prepaid Return Label to the package.
  4. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office OR visit www.USPS.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping is $7.99 and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

PROCESSING:

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. We will notify you by email when this transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post to your account.

DAMAGES

Any damaged items incurred by shipping or manufacture defect should be reported to customer service immediately before returning to insure your refund or exchange is processed appropriately. Should this occur, please email: support@meshyoga.com
