Thank you for your interest in MeshYoga Teacher Training. Our program draws some of the most dedicated students and celebrated teachers from around the world. Beyond providing a teaching certification, MeshYoga aims to create a rich and transformative experience for its students. Our Teacher Training inspires students to practice the principles of alignment in ways that will make everyday life more authentic and vibrant.
As a Yoga Alliance-compliant organization, MeshYoga will help you build a solid, classical foundation while encouraging you to grow creatively. After graduating from our 200-hour course, you will be able to teach yoga with skill and confidence in both private and public settings.
Because of the intensive nature of the training and our commitment to small class sizes, we accept a limited number of applicants. MeshYoga Teacher Training is currently not open to beginner students. We ask that all prospective applicants read the following requirements before applying. Successful applicants will be interviewed as part of the acceptance and registration process.
- You have been practicing yoga three times per week on average for a minimum of one year.
- You have been continuously engaged in some form of meditation practice for a minimum of one year.
- You are able to sequence Surya Namaskar A and B in personal practice.
