An Alignment State of Mind
Yoga on DaBo
Our signature Yoga on DaBo class is designed by MeshYoga founder Michelle Lou Lan. From the sequences to the individual poses, this 55-minute class has been intentionally cultivated to target each part of your body. You’ll deepen your practice through the alignment-encouraging yoga-based fitness tool DaBo (aka your new best friend).
Private Sessions
Receive personalized instruction in this 1-on-1 class with Michelle Lou Lan or one of our MeshYoga teachers. Your first private session includes a consultation to determine your body’s unique needs. In order to get the most out of your customized journey with DaBo, we recommend selecting a package of 5-10 sessions and visiting us at a regular cadence to establish a foundation that will benefit your practice for years to come.

FAQs
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Booked ahead of time and need to cancel? No problem — we offer no-penalty cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of your class start time. If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up to your class time, you will be charged the full amount of the class. We want to be understanding while still respecting our instructors’ time and energy, so if questions arise please email info@meshyoga.com.
What if I’m running late?
It’s incredibly important to us to provide the best experience for our students. Therefore, doors to the studio space will be locked 10 minutes after the class start time. Refunds will not be issued for classes missed for this reason. Please try your best to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before your class starts to park and get settled in before we begin.
It’s my first time visiting the studio — what should I expect?
First of all, welcome! We’re glad you’ll be joining us. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to meet your instructor and say hello to DaBo. It comes in multiple sizes to promote alignment, and it will take a couple of minutes to get you the right size. We have everything you’ll need here — all you need to bring is an open mind and heart. :)
What is your COVID policy?
The health and safety of our instructors and students is of the utmost importance to us. If you are feeling sick or have any COVID symptoms, please do not attend class. All class equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use.
